These kitchen knives will allow you to perform many kitchen tasks.

The blade, made of molybdenum stainless steel (AFNOR Z50CD14), has a hardness level of 57 Rockwell.

It is molded into the handle, is up to 1.8mm thick, has a hand-finished satin finish, and is bevel-ground across its entire width. The tang is extra strong.

The ergonomic, wooden handle is available in 2 finishes:

- Varnished beechwood handle

- Hornbeam wood handle, dried for one year in the park, stained cherry, and varnished

Each knife is guaranteed to be unbreakable.

Double riveting adds even more strength to these knives.
