De Buyer Inocuivre 7-piece cooking set

Thiscookware set is made up of 7 pieces in copper and stainless steel, from the Inocuivre collection .

They are made in France by Debuyer.

These pans are made of 90% copper and 10% stainless steel.

The parts of this battery have an entirely copper exterior, to guarantee an optimal temperature rise and perfect cooking, of professional quality. Their stainless steel interior makes them easy to maintain and also helps avoid retinming of copper.

Their utensil handles are made of cast stainless steel and are riveted, which provides robustness to the utensils.

The utensils are compatible with all heat sources, except induction.

These utensils are easy to maintain. Wash your copper utensil with a non-abrasive sponge. To regain the shine of the original copper, use the special copper maintenance paste which you will also find on our site.
