The professional sommelier knife from the MELCHIOR range is a true work of art, combining traditional craftsmanship and contemporary elegance, as well as being highly efficient.
Made in France by CHATEAU LAGUIOLE, each sommelier is handcrafted with great attention to detail, making it a unique piece.
The design of this sommelier was created by a former sommelier, Guy Vialis. The bee is forged.
The sommeliers in the MELCHIOR collection are designed to showcase the splendour of precious woods and horns: this collection is a combined evolution of the Grand Crus and Versailles series: a wide, bevelled mitre unique in its kind, reminiscent of a Grand Cru, and a long flared handle, wider at its end than that of the Versailles series. Thanks to this design, the Melchior series asserts its presence and offers an excellent and comfortable grip.
One of the distinctive features of this sommelier is its handle made of Norwegian birch wood, with a brushed finish. Each handle is carefully selected for its quality and texture, giving each sommelier an exclusive look and feel.
