Designed to enhance the flavors of rice, the Gohan casserole dish is inspired by the traditional rice cooker to give your rice all the richness of ancestral Japanese cooking. The modernity provided by the Staub patented spiked lid allows the rice to be constantly watered in a fine rain by condensation throughout the cooking process. Thanks to its enameled cast iron, the Gohan casserole gradually rises in temperature for even cooking without the rice sticking to the bottom.
It is available in colors matte black, cherry, grenadine & gray graphite.
