The 41cm black enamelled cast iron oval cocotte from STAUB has a capacity of 12 litres.
It is ideal for preparing simmered dishes, roasts, poultry and even bread for a large table of 10 or more people.
The casserole has a continuously basting lid with picots® that ensure juicy and tender cooking.
The matt black enamel on the inside is highly resistant to wear and tear and is particularly suitable for searing, roasting and caramelising food. The casserole can be used on all burners, including induction, and in the oven.
It can also be placed in the fridge before serving to stay cold at the table, thanks to its -20.00ºC cold resistance. It is dishwasher safe and can be used for cooking in the freezer. Its heat resistance of up to 240.00 ºC makes it perfect for all kinds of cooking.
