Made of stainless steel, it will allow you to easily make fries and julienne vegetables.
It has 4 interchangeable thinning blocks (with double-beveled hardened steel blades and progressive cut 2, 4, 7 and 10 mm = 4 blades. 2mm thinning block mounted on the mandolin, the other blocks are in the box). You will obtain two visual results thanks to a smooth blade and an embossed blade.
It comes with a universal safety pusher made of high-quality plastic. The thinning blocks and pusher are designed for hanging storage
The hardened stainless steel blades, sharpened in Thiers are a guarantee of exceptional cutting quality
The ergonomic universal safety pusher can be used for cutting into slices, sticks and also waffle slices and wafers.
It is possible to make a quick, safe and precise thickness adjustment using two levers. The thinning blocks are quickly installed using a locking fixing system. The foot is reversible, without disassembly and has a front-rear non-slip support.
It is not recommended to wash this mandolin in the dishwasher.
