This product is designed by Verycook and offers 2 cooking styles: barbecue and plancha with the same device. The hob and barbecue are made of enamelled steel (the hob is 6mm thick).
The plancha hob is 19.7 x 40cm, and the barbecue part 28.3 x 37cm. The total dimensions are: 58 x 40 x 25.6cm.
Coal ignition is very quick thanks to gas burners. It comes with a stainless steel grill.
This device meets food standards and will allow you to cook your meat and fry your vegetables at the same time thanks to the dual cooking mode.
This device is available in several colors. A cover is available as an option.
Both butane and propane can be used and it comes with a 5-year guarantee.
This device is very easy to clean and care. To clean your plancha, you just have to deglaze with ice cubes or cold water (hot hob) in order to create a thermal shock and thus take off food residues. Then, you will only have to remove them with the metal spatula which is offered with the plancha.
There is a grease collection tray at the back, removable for cleaning. It is dishwasher safe or can be put under a jet of water. It has a 1.2 liter capacity.
The optional cover is machine washable.
