With a thickness of 5 mm, the cooking plate of the PL 400 G is coated with food grade enamel (compliant with standard NF - 12983 - 1) resistant to wear. It quickly reaches the ideal temperature in just 8 minutes, offering perfect contact cooking thanks to its smooth surface which ensures direct heat transfer to the food.
The finish of the PL 400 G is exemplary: the edges of the plate are elegantly rounded and polished, while the chrome buttons blend with the anodized handle, which can also be used as a utensil holder.
Easy to use and clean safely, the PL 400 G is equipped with piezo ignition and an adjustment knob for precise control. Thanks to its 6-branched star gas burner, the temperature is evenly distributed over the entire cooking surface, ensuring even cooking without heat loss on the sides.
