Letterbox 1945 La Boîte Jaune

The Boîte Jaune is an official model of letterbox used by the French Post Office since 1945. It is produced by the Dejoie foundry, which is the official foundry of La Poste, and is located in Nantes.

This letterbox is wall-mounted, which makes it ideal for use both inside and outside your home. However, it is considered more of a decorative element than a practical one as the opening slot is not compatible with receiving A4 size mail.

Made of aluminium, The 1945 Box has a useful volume of 11 dm3 and is available in 10 different colours.
