This steak knife will allow you to delicately and effortlessly carve meat without tearing it.

Also, the blade, made of molybdenum stainless steel (AFNOR Z50CD14), has a hardness level of 57 Rockwell.

It has double serrations, is overmolded into the handle, is up to 1.8mm thick, has a hand-finished, satin finish, and is bevel-ground across its entire width.

The tang is extra strong.

The blade length is 11cm.

Rivets are added for even greater strength.

The handle is made of wood, available in several finishes.

Each knife is guaranteed to be unbreakable.

Care instructions:

- It can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand, whichever you prefer. To ensure the wood's longevity, we recommend cleaning it by hand.
