Steak knife, made in France by NOGENT ***.
This table steak knife allows you to cut meat delicately and effortlessly, without tearing it.
Also, the blade, made of molybdenum stainless steel (AFNOR Z50CD14), has a hardness of 57 Rockwell.
It features a double serration, is overmoulded into the handle, has a thickness up to 1.8mm, a hand-finished satin finish, and is bevelled across its entire width.
The tang is extra strong.
The blade length is 11cm.
Rivets are added for even greater robustness.
The handle is made of wood, available in several finishes.
Each knife is guaranteed not to have a loose handle.
Each knife is sold individually.
4 finishes are available:
- cherry wood handle
- varnished beech wood handle
- handle in hornbeam wood dried for one year outdoors, stained cherry and varnished

Care instructions:
- It can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand, as you prefer. However, to ensure the longevity of the wood, we recommend hand washing.
- You can sharpen it.
- Always store it dry and avoid excessive contact with other knife blades to preserve its quality and durability.
