Set of 4 steak knives from the CLASSIC Polypro range, made in France by NOGENT ***.
These table steak knives allow you to cut meat delicately and effortlessly, without tearing it.
The serrated blade on these knives is designed to cut and slice without the need for sharpening.
Furthermore, the blade, made of molybdenum stainless steel (AFNOR Z50CD14), has a hardness rating of 57 Rockwell.
It features a double serration, is overmoulded into the handle, has a thickness of up to 1.8mm, a hand-finished satin finish, and is bevelled across its full width.
The tang is extra strong.
The handle is made of polypropylene in black.
Each knife is guaranteed to have a securely attached handle.
Care instructions:
- They can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand, as you prefer.
- Sharpening is not necessary.
- Always store them dry and avoid excessive contact with other knife blades to preserve their quality and durability.
