Set of 4 steak knives, from the CLASSIC Polypro range, made in France by NOGENT ***.
These table and steak knives will allow you to delicately and effortlessly carve meat without tearing it.
The sharp blade on these knives is designed for cutting and slicing without the need for sharpening.
Also, the blade, made of molybdenum stainless steel (AFNOR Z50CD14), has a hardness level of 57 Rockwell.
It has double serrations, is overmolded into the handle, is up to 1.8mm thick, has a hand-finished satin finish, and is bevel-ground across its entire width.
The tang is extra strong.
The polypropylene handle is black.
Each knife is guaranteed to be unbreakable.
Care instructions:
- They can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand, whichever you prefer.
- They do not need sharpening.
- Always store them in a dry place, avoiding excessive contact with other knife blades to preserve their quality and durability.
