Made in France by the artisans of the Claude Dozorme workshops: this set of 6 Le Thiers steak knives “DOUBLE PLATINUM”.

Very chic and contemporary, these steak knives are made of dwarf birch wood.

The matte polished blade goes all the way to the end of the handle, which reinforces the solidity of the knives.

Also, the blade is smooth, so it does not tear the meat and cuts it very easily. It was also made in high-end steel X50CrMoV15, which makes it very sharp and resharpenable very easily.

In the composition of the blade, you will find: carbon (for a good sharpness), chrome (for stainless character), molybdenum and vanadium (for softness, for flexibility and for ease of resharpening).

The wooden handle is secured with stainless steel screws. Colored spacers in the wood of the handle add a touch of color and originality.
