Made in France by the artisans of the Claude Dozorme workshops: this set of 6 Le Thiers "DOUBLE PLATINE" steak knives.
Very chic and contemporary, these steak knives are made from dwarf birch wood.
The matte polished blade extends all the way to the end of the handle, which enhances the strength of the knives.
Also, the blade is smooth, so it does not tear the meat and cuts very easily. It is made from a high-quality steel X50CrMoV15, which makes it very sharp and easy to re-sharpen.
The blade composition includes: carbon (for good sharpness), chromium (for stainless properties), molybdenum and vanadium (for flexibility, suppleness and ease of re-sharpening).
The wooden handle is fixed with stainless steel screws. Coloured spacers in the handle wood add a touch of colour and originality.
