This exceptional straight sauté pan will allow you to quickly brown, reheat and simmer. Very elegant, you can use it in the kitchen but also for the presentation/table service of your dishes.

Low and straight, the edges ensure very good evaporation of humidity and excellent caramelization of juices.

This necklace is composed of:

- 90% copper (outside) which will provide superb thermal conductivity for very good cooking results.

- 10% stainless steel (inside) perfectly food safe, which avoids retinning of the copper, the low proportion of stainless steel will not alter the properties of the copper.

The 2 handles are riveted and are made of cast stainless steel. Handling is easier, it takes up less space and the design is modern.

This saute pan is compatible with all heat sources including oven and induction, thanks to its innovative base.

The lid is made of mirror-finish stainless steel.

Care tips:

Copper can be maintained with a polishing paste, stainless steel can be washed by hand. Washing is done by hand only and not in the dishwasher.
