Set of 4 steak knives from the CLASSIC Beech range, made in France by NOGENT ***.
These table steak knives allow you to cut meat delicately and effortlessly, without tearing it.
The serrated blade on these knives is designed to cut and slice without the need for sharpening.
Furthermore, the blade, made of molybdenum stainless steel (AFNOR Z50CD14), has a hardness rating of 57 Rockwell.
It features a double serration, is overmoulded into the handle, has a thickness of up to 1.8mm, a satin manual finish, and is bevelled across its entire width.
The tang is extra strong.
The handle is made of beech wood in a natural colour.
Each knife is guaranteed not to have a loose handle.
Care instructions:
- They can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand, as you prefer.
- Sharpening is not necessary.
- Always store them dry and avoid excessive contact with other knife blades to preserve their quality and durability.
