The cannelé elastomould made in France by De Buyer has 8 places to make the famous Bordeaux pastry.

This unique silicone mold is made up of micro-bubbles and metal powder for perfect heat conduction.

Removal after baking or freezing from -70°C to +300°C is very easy.

Traditional Bordeaux cannelés will be cooked evenly and evenly. The angles of the mold are sharp for such an aesthetic result.
