Made from white sheet steel, the beeswax coating temporarily protects your dish against oxidation.
This dish will be ideal for grilling cuts of meat using very little fat. Striated, this grill will mark the meat and reduce the gripping surface. You can also cook skewers, fish, vegetables, seafood...

You can use it on all heat sources including induction and embers. Washing in the dishwasher is prohibited, as is the use of detergents.
This plancha is very easy to maintain. Simply deglaze it and rinse it after use then coat it with a little oil before storing it in a dry place. It is not suitable for the dishwasher. It should not be cleaned with dishwashing liquid. It will brown naturally after a few uses, which will make it non-adherent over time thanks to the seasoning. You can purify it from time to time by cooking coarse salt.
