This STAUB food-grade cast iron baking dish is made in France and is part of the Ocean range which honours sea food.
Specially designed for cooking or simmering fish, this 32cm pan is made of enamelled cast iron. Its lid features a fish, making it ideal for cooking and serving. Thanks to the cast iron enamel, this pan is perfectly scratch resistant.
The food grade cast iron of this fish pan will cook your food gradually and evenly. Thanks to the pins inder the lid, the moisture will fall back in thin rain on your food to even out the cooking and make your garnish tender and tasty. (vegetables, etc ...).
