This oval Blue la mer cocotte is part of the Ocean range by Staub, with a glossy enamel finish.
The cocotte is perfect for cooking or simmering fish, meat and vegetables. The food-safe cast iron provides an even temperature rise and good heat retention. Its patented lid with its spikes makes it possible to moisten your food evenly and make it tender.
Two dimensions are available: 31cm or 33cm.
For 31cm :
Its capacity is 5,5L for a weight of 5,98kg.

Wash your cocotte under hot water with a non-abrasive sponge and wahing-up liquid. For a delicate cleaning, do not hesitate to soak your cocotte in hot water. This cocotte is dishwasher safe.
