Quantity

The Debuyer madeleine mold has perfect heat conduction.

Measuring 20x30cm, it allows you to make up to 30 madeleines in a single cooking. Its composition gives it properties for very easy unmolding after use in the oven or during freezing from -70°C to +300°C.

The madeleines will be cooked evenly to be nicely golden. The angles of the mold are sharp for such an aesthetic result. Patented and made in France without peroxide and without solvent, this mold is naturally non-stick. The elastomould has been accredited by the best workers in France and World pastry champions.

This premium mold must be greased upon first use with melted butter or oil. Preferably use a rack to place the mold when cooking instead of a plate, to ensure better heat convection. Do not use the grill function of the oven. The mold must not bake with empty cells.

The mold is dishwasher safe, however successive washes can dry out the cells. All you have to do is lightly grease the mold again.
