The handles are made of cast stainless steel. It has a stainless steel interior, as well as a special ferromagnetic stainless steel base suitable for induction. Copper has exceptional cooking properties recognized by French gastronomy professionals.
2mm thick, it is made of 90% copper and 10% stainless steel for its interior.
