This copper pan is part of the excellence of French culinary art through the Prima Matera collection manufactured in France by Debuyer. It has a cast stainless steel handle, a stainless steel interior, as well as a special ferromagnetic stainless steel base suitable for induction. Copper has exceptional cooking properties recognized by French gastronomy professionals.
2mm thick, it is made of 90% copper and 10% stainless steel for its interior.
The Prima Matera copper frying pan is available in 4 sizes:
- 20cm: inner diameter 19.3cm, inner height 3.5cm, outer diameter 19.7cm, outer length 36.5cm
- 24cm: inner diameter 23.2cm, inner height 3.5cm, outer length 42cm, outer height 7.7cm
- 28cm: interior height 3.5cm, exterior length 47cm, exterior height 7.5cm
- 32cm: inner diameter 31.5cm, inner height 5.5cm, outer length 36.5cm, outer diameter 31.8cm
These pans are easy to maintain. Wash your copper pan with a non-abrasive sponge. To regain the shine of the original copper, use the special copper maintenance paste.
