De Buyer Choc Extrême Loqy non-stick frying pan - 2 sizes

Manufactured in France by DEBUYER, the CHOC EXTREME LOQY pan; here is the removable version from the pan from the classic Extreme shock range.

The thick cast aluminum which makes up the body of this pan allows for regular and controlled cooking . This will allow you to gently cook delicate foods such as fish or certain vegetables. For reheating food, it will also be ideal.

You will only need very little fat, in fact, the coating of this pan has exceptional slippery /span>.

The Lyonnaise cut allows perfect rotation of the ingredients in the pan, making them slide easily onto a dish or plate.

The pan is compatible with all heat sources, including oven and induction.

The two bases, in stainless steel, are very solidly riveted and easily accommodate the handles and handle(s).

Practical:

We advise you to avoid thermal shock and ensure a gradual rise in temperature. To maintain all these non-stick properties, avoid overheating your pans (250° maximum). Preferably use wooden or plastic utensils. Easy maintenance using a sponge and dishwashing detergent.
