This Asian Chef's knife has two blade lengths available to you: 15cm or 17cm.

This is a very light and very easy to handle knife for your various quick cutting jobs.

For blade length 15cm: the total length of the knife is 28.6cm, the width is of 4.9cm, for a height of 2cm and for a weight of 160 grams.

For blade length 17cm: the total length of the knife is 30cm, the width is 5.5cm, for a height of 1.8cm and for a weight of 180 grams.
