De Buyer manufactures in France the domed sauté pan from the CHOC collection B WOOD.

Non-stick, this frying pan will be excellent for delicate cooking and for reheating your food.

Made of aluminum, forged (which makes aluminum more resistant), with a thickness of 4mm, this frying pan is undeformable.

The attached base is made of ferritic stainless steel (AISI 430), which makes this frying pan compatible with all burners, including induction.

Inside and outside, a structured and ultra-resistant black coating is guaranteed PF0A and particle-free.

Very resistant to abrasion and high heat, this frying pan has optimal slipperiness, practical for preparing and pouring food into a dish.

The French-curved strap tail is fixed, riveted and robust. It is dressed with two Vosges beech wood plates. These pads have a beeswax finish to protect them from heat and to provide better ergonomics.

This frying pan is available in a 24cm or 28cm diameter with precise dimensions as follows:
