Debuyer manufactures the vegetable pan from the OUTDOOR collection in France.
The pan is made of sheet steel, which is blued by heat treatment. Therefore, this pan does not have a coating. Thanks to the heat treatment, the pan is temporarily protected against oxidation during storage and transport.
The holes in the bottom of the pan allow you to cook your vegetables over embers or on the barbecue.
The pan is light, easy to handle and allows an excellent rise in temperature, for perfect caramelization of the juices.
The strap tail is riveted and French-curved, which allows you very good handling and ergonomics.
This pan is compatible with all heat sources (flash oven 200°C, gas, electric cooking and glass ceramic) except induction.

Care tips:
To clean it, simply scrape it with a brush and lightly oil it, then store it in a dry place. Do not wash this pan in a dishwasher.
