De Buyer Mineral B steel steak pan - 2 sizes

Debuyer manufactures in France the steak pan from the MINERALB.

Ideal for searing, grilling and browning your steaks, this pan has a hammered finish.

In steel, it has a protective beeswax finish, which is a natural protection against oxidation, which promotes gradual seasoning, and which improves anti -adhesion. This pan is suitable for amateur and professional use.

Non-deformable, the white steel sheet, with a thickness of 2.5mm to 3mm, allows excellent caramelization of foods.

The tail is strapped and riveted for easy handling and incredible ergonomics.

This pan is compatible with all heat sources, including induction.

Flash oven possible for 10 minutes at 200°C.

Two diameters are available to you: 24cm or 28cm, the precise dimensions of which are as follows:

- Diameter 24cm : outer diameter 24.4cm / length 44.8cm / inner height 2.6cm / height exterior 8.2cm

- Diameter 28cm: outer diameter 28.5cm / length 51.3cm / inner height 2.8cm / height exterior 11.8cm

Tip: preheat the pan with a little fat

Maintenance: we advise you to season the pan from the first use and always store your pan in a dry place. Do not put the pan in the dishwasher.
