Debuyer manufactures the grill panl in France the MINERAL B collection.

Ideal for searing, grilling and browning your food, this Lyon cut pan will also allow you to easily slide food into a dish.

In steel, it has a protective beeswax finish, which is a natural protection against oxidation, which promotes gradual seasoning, and which improves anti -adhesion. This pan is suitable for amateur and professional use.

The ribbed bottom will mark the meat and reduce the meat's gripping surface.

Non-deformable, the white steel sheet, with a thickness of 2.5mm to 3mm, allows excellent caramelization of foods.

The tail is strapped and riveted for easy handling and incredible ergonomics.

This pan is compatible with all heat sources, including induction.

Flash oven possible for 10 minutes at 200°C.

Two diameters are available to you: 26cm or 32cm, the precise dimensions of which are as follows:

- Diameter 26cm : outer diameter 26cm / length 48.7cm

- Diameter 32cm: outer diameter 32cm / length 55.5cm / width 31.6cm

Tip: preheat the pan with a little fat

Maintenance: we advise you to season the pan from the first use and always store your pan in a dry place. Do not put the pan in the dishwasher.
