The non-stick shell is manufactured in France by De Buyer.
It comes from the Choc Extreme collection, which is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and the oven.
Debuyer manufactures the coquelle in France, non-stick with a glass lid. .
The cast aluminum, which makes up this shell, allows regular and controlled cooking.
It will be ideal for long cooking and for simmering your dishes.
The two handles are cast in the mass, they are non-detachable and easy to handle.
The non-stick coating, reinforced with ceramic, is designed for intensive use. The shell has great resistance to heat and abrasion.
This bowl is compatible with all heat sources including induction and oven. Do not heat the bowl empty. shell, nor overheat it.
Maintenance is very easy, by hand, with hot water, dish soap and a soft sponge.
