Staub enamelled cast iron oval cocotte has a patented paddle lid, which is a good way for drops of condensation to fall on food during cooking. It allows to the preparation to keep all their favors, the meat remains tender and the vegetables are soft. It has the specific and ergonomic Staub handles. It is available in a 37 cm diameter and in a matt black color.
The Chistera enamelled cast iron pan combines the versatility of a classic frying pan with the watering quality of a Staub cocotte thanks to its curved lid: it is equipped with unique-shaped elements inspired by the chistera of the pelote basque. Its interior is enamelled with a matte black finish and allows to simmer, grasp or roast. The diameter is 28 cm and it is black colored.
The cast iron wood handle enamelled pan is perfect for roasting, grilling, caramelizing the food. Its high-quality enamel is resistant to thermal shocks and enables, once the pan hot, to cook on low heat, without fearing that the food cool too fast. Diameter is 24 cm. we recommend you do not put in the dishwasher.

The food high quality cast iron base can be used on all types of hobs including induction. Products in this set can be washed with hot water and washing-up liquid or are dishwasher safe (with the exception of utensils with wooden handle).
