It comes with 3 filament knives offering cutting widths of 1 mm (angel hair), 2 mm and 4 mm (spaghetti).
This vegetable cutter is made of 18/10 stainless steel with a polished aluminum cutting cassette for exceptional durability. The blade holder cassette is made of composite material for reliable use.
