Made of high-resistance ceramic, these dishes are ideal for making sweet or savory crème brûlées (goat's cheese and honey or tomato-mozzarella crumble). Being shallow, the heat distribution will be uniform. Their 12cm diameter and the flat surface of these dishes allow easy use of a blowtorch or heated round iron.
