- CLASSIC COOKTOP:

• 1 burner of 4 kW. • 3 burners of 3 kW. • 2 burners of 1.5 kW

- INDUCTION COOKTOP:

• Vitroceramic hob, induction zones. • 1 rear left zone Ø 215 mm of 2300 W, booster 3000 W. • 1 front left zone Ø 175 mm of 1100 W, booster 1400 W. • 1 central zone Ø 200 mm of 1400 W, booster 2000 W. • 1 central zone Ø 175 mm of 1100 W, booster 1400 W. • 1 rear right zone Ø 215 mm of 2300 W, booster 3000 W. • 1 front right zone Ø 175 mm of 1100 W, booster 1400 W

Information:

For cooktops with burners: each burner of the Lacanche range cooker is controlled by an electric ignition secured by a thermocouple.

For radiant and induction cooktops: rotary control by front knob and energy regulator, electronic display under vitroceramic glass and residual heat indicators.

• 2 oven combinations, to choose from:

- 1st option: 1 gas oven (3.5 kW) and 1 vertical multifunction electric oven, static/fan-assisted (2.65 kW) with radiant grill.

- 2nd option: 1 electric oven (2.3 kW) and 1 vertical multifunction electric oven, static/fan-assisted (2.65 kW) with radiant grill.

The gas oven is perfect for rotisserie or pastry cooking. The fan-assisted electric oven allows for fast and even cooking.
