- RADIANT TOP:

- INDUCTION TOP:

Information:

For tops with burners: each burner on the Lacanche range cooker is controlled by an electric ignition secured by a thermocouple.

For radiant and induction tops: rotary control via front knob and energy regulator, electronic display under vitroceramic glass and residual heat indicators.

- 1 multifunction static/fan oven (2.8 kW) with radiant grill

Its gas oven is perfect for rotisserie or pastry baking. The electric fan oven allows fast and even cooking.

Option: a warming cabinet can be positioned to the RIGHT or LEFT of the central oven.
