A medium-sized range cooker, which combines authentic charm and professional performance/functionality.

This piano has the following dimensions:

Fully customizable, this piano will be designed and manufactured on demand, following the model, colors, finishes and equipment you want:

Below you will find the characteristics of the different hobs:

- CLASSIC TABLE 3 BURNERS:

• 1 burner of 5 kW. • 1 burner of 3 kW. • 1 burner of 1.5 kW

- CLASSIC TABLE 4 BURNERS:

• 1 burner of 5 kW. • 2 burners of 3 kW. • 1 burner of 1.5 kW

- TRADITION TABLE:

• 1 hot plate on 5 kW burner. • 1 burner of 3 kW. • 1 burner of 1.5 kW

- RADIANT TABLE:

• Vitroceramic hob, radiant fireplaces. • 2 Ø 210 burners, 2100 W. • 2 double Ø 140/210 burners, 1000 W/2100 W

- INDUCTION TABLE:

• Vitroceramic hob, induction hobs. • 1 fireplace Ø 145 mm of 1400 W, booster 1800 W. • 1 fireplace Ø 200 mm of 1850 W, booster 2500 W. • 1 fireplace Ø 270 mm of 2400 W, booster 3300 W.

Information:

For tables with burners: each burner of the Lacanche kitchen piano is controlled using a electrical ignition secured by a thermocouple.

For radiant and induction hobs: rotary control by front lever and energy regulator, electronic display under vitroceramic and residual heat indicators

  • 3 oven combinations to choose from :

- 1 gas oven (4 kW)

- 1 electric oven (2.8 kW) with radiant grill

- 1 multifunction static/forced air oven (2.8 kW) with radiant grill

Its gas oven will be perfect for grilling or baking pastries. Its electric convection oven will allow you to cook quickly and evenly.

Option: a vertical hot cupboard can be positioned to the LEFT of the oven.

  • 2 possible power supplies:

- 400V 3N+T power supply

- Or dual 230 V power supply option

  • You can choose from 10 cooking elements:

You can choose 1 element which will be placed on the LEFT of the central cooking surface.

• 2 induction zones 1 x 145-1400 W Booster: 1800 W 1 x 200 - 1850 W. Booster: 2500 W.

• Plancha Electric grill: 2200 W. Cooking surface: 245 x 460 mm. Self-locking lid

• Electric grill: 2500 W. Cooking surface: 260 x 460 mm. Supplied with stainless steel tile grid and refractory bricks

• Gas grill 4 kW. Cooking surface: 260 x 460 mm. Supplied with stainless steel tile grill and refractory bricks.

• Bain Marie multicooker/ Electric steam cooker: 3500 W. Perforated GN 2/3 stainless steel container. Lid. (Provide water supply and drain connection to waste water and cannot be placed above the plate warmer option).

• Electric fryer 6 liters - 3.3 kW with drain. Self-locking cover. (cannot be placed above the plate warmer option).
