Lacanche manufactures in France, according to the purest tradition, the VOLNAY piano of the "Classic" range.

A high-performance piano, with authentic charm and performances worthy of those of a chef's piano.

This piano has the following dimensions:

Fully customizable, this piano will be designed and manufactured on demand, following the colors, finishes and equipment you want:

Below you will find the characteristics of the different hobs:

- CLASSIC TABLE:

• 1 burner of 5 kW. • 2 burners of 3 kW. • 1 burner of 1.5 kW. • 1 burner of 4 kW

- TRADITION TABLE:

• 1 hot plate on 5 kW burner. • 2 burners of 3 kW. • 1 burner of 1.5 kW. • 1 burner of 4 kW

- RADIANT TABLE:

• Vitroceramic hob, radiant fireplaces. • 2 Ø 210 2100 W hotplates. • 2 Ø 140/210 double hotplates, 1000 W/2100 W. • 1 oval 170 x 265 2200W hotplate

- INDUCTION TABLE:

•Ceramic hob, induction cooking zones. •1 rear left fireplace Ø 145 of 1400 W, booster 1800 W. •1 front left fireplace Ø 180 of 1850 W, booster 2500 W. •1 central fireplace Ø 270 of 2400 W, booster 3300 W. •1 rear right fireplace Ø 145 of 1400 W, booster 1800 W. •1 front right fireplace Ø 200 of 1850 W, booster 2500 W.

Information:

For tables with burners: each burner of the Lacanche kitchen piano is controlled using a electrical ignition secured by a thermocouple.

For radiant and induction hobs: rotary control by front lever and energy regulator, electronic display under vitroceramic and residual heat indicators

  • 3 oven combinations to choose from :

- 1 gas oven (4 kW) and low temperature cabinet 30/110° (0.95 kW)

- 1 electric oven (2.8 kW) with radiant grill and low temperature cabinet 30/110° (0.95 kW)

- 1 multifunction static/forced air oven (2.8 kW) with radiant grill and low temperature cabinet 30/110° (0.95 kW)

The low temperature cabinet is placed, facing, to the left of the oven.

The gas oven will be perfect for roasting or baking pastries.

The electric convection oven will allow you to cook quickly and evenly.

  • 2 possible power supplies:

- 400V 3N+T power supply

- Or dual 230 V power supply option
