Information:

For cooktops with burners: each burner of the Lacanche range cooker is controlled using an electric ignition secured by a thermocouple.

For radiant and induction cooktops: rotary control by front knob and energy regulator, electronic display under vitroceramic and residual heat indicators.

The gas oven is perfect for rotisserie or pastry baking.

The electric fan oven allows for fast and even cooking.

The electric grill oven is ideal for cooking, grilling, charring and caramelising your food.
