This STAUB cake mould made of enamalled food-grade cast iron is available in matt black.

Designed for the production of home-made cakes and breads, the Staub cake mould allows you to obtain a perfectly homogeneous baking thanks to the heat distribution and retention properties of cast iron. The enamelling of this mould also  makes it resistant to scratches and shocks. 

Dimensions are as follows:

This cake mould weighs 1,98 kg and has a capacity of 1,56 L.

It can be used in the oven and on all types of hobs including induction.
