The Milady glass lid is curved and has a shiny stainless steel rim. Its rim covers the pan perfectly for easy positioning. Its shiny stainless steel handle bears the image of Madame Milady Odette de Buyer who took over the management of the company during the Second World War. De Buyer thus pays homage to this great lady with a princely appearance through the Millady collection: her grandmother. This de Buyer glass lid is high temperature resistant up to 250°C. It goes in the oven.
