Damier Chabret butcher block

The Damier colourful chopping board is a reversible wooden chopping board, designed to facilitate the cutting of vegetables and raw meats. The board is made from walnut and ash end grain wood, making it strong and durable.

The board has two distinct sides. The first side is specially designed for cutting vegetables and raw meat. This side is easy to clean and scrape, which helps to maintain hygiene in the kitchen.

The second side is equipped with a juice channel, which makes it ideal for cutting cooked meats. This channel allows the juices to be collected and avoids overflowing onto the work surface.

The block is finished with an oil coating, which protects it and makes it easier to clean. It is also equipped with stainless steel or brass brackets, which ensure optimal stability when cutting.

The Damier coloured block is equipped with handholds, which make it easy and comfortable to hold when using. It measures W500 x D400 x H50mm, but it can also be made to measure according to the customer's needs.
