This fire clay Tajine dish by Terafeu emphasize food flavours. This Made in France Tajine dish is handmade in a natural clay. Clay brings the flavours of food as you cook them. Fire clay is a natural insulation, and the Tajine maintains the heat even after cooking.

This fireclay Tajine dish is suitable for all cooking types. Please note that a disk is required for use on induction and ceramic hobs.

This Terafeu Tajine dish is available in Red or Grey, and the different sizes are the following:

The Terafeu range is very resistant to thermal shocks. Terafeu cookware is made of fire clay glazed at 1200°C. Terafeu is the only manufacturer which manages to bake the fire clay at 1200°C for over 8 hours. This makes their products unbreakable in the oven. The inside is also glazed, and the product used is guaranteed lead and cadmium free.
